    FIXED SALARY 

    • Our employees earn on average from 5.50 - 8.30 euros per hour (gross). Depending on the exact tasks and degree of diligence, the salary may be slightly higher or lower.
    • The salary is official, all state taxes are paid and the salary is received on a fixed day every month.

    WORKING IN THE KITCHEN production unit:

    Chefs

    The task is to prepare food according to the recipe. The work takes place in a warm room. The prerequisite is previous experience or having a chef's profession or course certificate.

    Chef's assistants

    The tasks include cutting, baking, boiling and frying. We also train to use ovens and kettles. The work takes place in a warm room.

    Preparation of vegetables

    Washing, cutting and preparing vegetables.

    Preparation department

    The tasks include the preparation and sorting of various raw materials 

    Dishwashing

    Washing production utensils and plastic boxes with machines. Independent work in a warm room, according to specific tasks. The work is done with chemicals and is not suitable for people who are allergic.

    WORKING IN PRODUCTION:

    Making sandwiches

    Sandwiches are made while standing by the line, in a +6 degree production room. Sandwiches made by us are sold in airplanes, ships, gas stations and large shopping centres in both Estonia and Finland.

    Making sushi

    Making sushi according to the recipe. Individual and creative work. The work takes place in a +12 degree productuon room.

    Cabbage rolls

    Cabbage preparation, twisting cabbage rolls according to weight and recipe. Work can be done while sitting.

    Salads

    Preparing salads, assembling components according to the recipe. If necessary, packaging of products with packaging machines.

    HANDLING OF PRODUCTS:

    Packaging

    The packers are responsible for the finished product being correctly labelled.

    Assemblers

    Assembling products according to customer orders. Mobile and non-routine work - tasks vary from day to day.

    Packaging operators

    The main task is packing sandwiches. Requires technical acumen and physical endurance. The work must be done with packing equipment, the training for use of which takes place on site. Opportunity to earn bonus based on skills.

    Warehouse worker 

    Physical delivery and receipt of goods by roclifter or forklift. Placing the goods to the right place.

    Goods issuers

    Preparation for delivery, printing of labels, inspection of completed goods, workplace is in the production office. 

    FREE TRANSPORT TO WORK AND HOME 

    • We take our employees to work by bus in the morning and take them home in the evening
    • Our buses go to Lasnamäe, city centre, Mustamäe, Kristiine and Maardu.
    • Call and ask HR specialist for more details about our bus route. 

    CONSIDERATE EMPLOYER 

    • When preparing work schedules, the wishes of the employees are also taken into account.
    • The work is in one shift, you don't have to work at night.
    • If employees have responsibilities related to children or family, we also take this into account, if possible. 

    TOOLS AND PREMISES 

    • We have new and clean workspaces
    • Modern production lines and new packaging machines
    • Work clothes and shoes are provided by the company. The employer is responsible for washing work clothes.

    We have more than 400 employees, most of whom are involved in the preparation of ready meals and sandwiches. Our workplaces are clean and the furnishings are modern.

    We are located in Loo, Vahe tee 16 - approximately 4 km from the border of Tallinn, driving towards St. Petersburg highway. We offer transport to the people of Tallinn and Maardu to get to and from work. We have two types of schedules: rotating schedule and long and short week.

    The working day starts at 7:00 a.m. for everyone and the end depends on the type of schedule - according to the long and short schedule at 7:00 p.m., in case of flexible hours at the time indicated in the schedule. You don't have to work at night.

    WHO IS SUITABLE TO BE LUNDEN FOOD EMPLOYEE?

    You are suitable for us if you want to work and earn a fixed salary for it. Conscientious and positive people work at Lunden Food. People with both Estonian and Russian language skills can cope here.

    If you don't have previous work experience in a manufacturing company, still apply! If you are suitable in terms of your characteristics, we will train you. Both during the training period and afterwards, our friendly managers and colleagues will always support you. You can always get help in case of questions or problems. We will also pay you a salary during the entire training.

    All people who come to work for us should have a valid food handler's health certificate.
