Business ethics

It is important for us to be an ethical, law-abiding and responsible company that cares about the environment, employees and all partners who work with us.

We have described our own business ethical principles and disclosed these to our employees through the code of conduct. These principles govern the work behaviour throughout the company and all employees are expected to adhere to these principles. We respect all internationally recognized human rights: UN Universal Declaratsion of Human Rights, US Convention on the Rights of Child etc. Through our own ESG strategy, we mitigate the effects of our activities on the climate and the biodiversity.

We expect the same principles to be followed by all our cooperation partners, we have started signing quality and responsibility contracts with all our most important suppliers to ensure this. We expect responsible environmental management, implementation of safe working conditions, respectful and dignified treatment of employees and ethical business practices from our suppliers. The supplier should carefully assess the environmental impacts and risks caused by its company and use resources effectively. The supplier is equally responsible for the activities of the subcontractors as for its own activities. When choosing raw material suppliers, we are guided by the procurement policy, which describes the principles of our procurement activities.
