Quality and food safety

We have an FSSC 22000 certified food safety management system in place since 2019 - it is very important for us to offer consumers high-quality and safe food. We pay attention to the origin and ingredients of the raw materials we purchased. Since 2021 we use eggs from only cage- free hens and raw materials containing eggs from cage- free hens.

In case of raw materials containing palm oil, the manufacturer should have used 100% sustainable palm oil for their production. We sign a responsibility and quality contract with major suppliers, which ensures that our suppliers stand for the same principles as us. To avoid food waste, most products are made to order only.

We care about people's health and therefore we use carefully selected raw materials where we avoid additives and preservatives whenever possible. To ensure this at its best, we often prepare many of the sauces, marinades and other semi-finished products used in our products ourselves.

In order to offer consumers the highest possible quality and well-balanced food, we cooperate with specialists in our field and research institutions.
