We follow internationally recognized human rights, principles of equality and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, ensuring safe working conditions, respectful and dignified treatment and ethical business practices.

We offer our employees various internal and external trainings, discounts for cooperation partners, pay various quality and seniority bonuses and recognize the best employees of the year.

In April, as part of Health Month, we focus on raising employee awareness by sharing tips and articles about healthy eating, physical activity, and well-being. At the same time, a step challenge takes place among all employees, with the number of participants growing each year from both production and office teams. Throughout the year, we carry out smaller health initiatives and team-building activities.

In 2022 Targa Töö Ühing (smartwork.ee) awarded our company the Remote Worker label for the first time, in recognition of the implementation of well-considered and flexible work practices.
