Business ethics

It is important for us to be an ethical, law-abiding and responsible company that cares about the environment, employees and all partners who work with us.

We have described our own business ethical principles and disclosed these to our employees through the code of conduct. These principles govern the work behaviour throughout the company and all employees are expected to adhere to these principles. We respect all internationally recognized human rights: UN Universal Declaratsion of Human Rights, US Convention on the Rights of Child etc. Through our own ESG strategy, we mitigate the effects of our activities on the climate and the biodiversity.

We expect all our cooperation partners to adhere to the same principles. To ensure this, we have initiated the signing of Responsible Business Conduct Agreements and Codes of Conduct with our key suppliers and partners, based on the uniform requirements set out in the Code of Conduct for Business Partners. We expect our partners to implement responsible environmental management, ensure safe working conditions, treat employees with respect and dignity, and follow ethical business practices. Companies must diligently assess the environmental impacts and risks of their operations and use resources efficiently and sustainably. Each partner is equally responsible for the actions of their subcontractors as for their own. When selecting raw material suppliers, we follow our valid Procurement policy, which outlines our procurement principles and expectations.
